From June, 2019 to January, 2020 Logberg-Trans LTD company provided a range of services for the transportation of equipment from the city of St. Petersburg to the city of Shirin (Republic Uzbekistan). Delivery should be performed according to "Incoterms" DDP delivery terms.
For the transportation of equipment, the following technique were involved: - 5 railway platforms; - 6 railway wagons; - 1 railway carrier; - 4 low-bed trailers; - 16 tilt semi-trailer.
In addition, the complex of measures for the delivery of cargo included the following services: - Customs escort of the entire consignment of goods in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including obtaining of all necessary permits and certificates, 100% inspection of the entire cargo party, payment of fees for customs clearance, release of goods in circulation in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Import 40); - Obtaining of all necessary permits for the transportation of oversized and heavyweight cargo, payment of taxes for road damage along the entire route; - Payment for railway tariff for the entire route; - Overloading to trucks and delivery from the railway Bekabad station to the final consignee at the Farhad Hydro Electrical Station.
The biggest part in that delivery was the body of the TDTN-40000/110-U1 transformer, weighing 78.5 tons with overall dimensions 634 x 280 x 442 cm.
We hired a crane with a load capacity of 200 tons to lift the body of transformer from the railway carrier and overload it on the low-bed heavyweight trailer in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Additionally, separate railway path was allocated for placing the transporter with convenient overloading onto the trawl.
Preparation of transportation of oversized and heavyweight cargo throughout the entire route included: - Disconnection and recovery of communication networks, power lines; - Shutdown, dismantling and installation of gas supply pipes; - Police escort vehicle for the State Automobile Inspection of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION, 2020
The Charvak HPP (Hydro Power Plant) is a hydroelectric power plant on the Chirchik River in the north of the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan, near the village of Charvak. It is the largest hydroelectric power plant in Uzbekistan.
A unique cargo transportation "Shutter disk" with accessories was organized by the Logberg-Trans LTD.
Dimensions of the largest parts: 8040 x 1800 x 5020 mm Weight: 96 tons
We used the following transportation to delivery the cargo: - 5 tilt semi-trailers; - 5 low-bed trailers: - 8-axis well-type carrier with a load capacity of 120 tons.
For overloading of the cargo from the railway transport on an 8-axis low-bed trailer we hired 2 mobile cranes with a load capacity of 200 tons.

MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE, 2019
City of Norilsk is located beyond the Arctic Circle. It is a major center of non-ferrous metallurgy. Only 4 months a year, the air temperature in the region has a "+" sign, in winter it drops below -30 C. The heating season in the region lasts 1.5 times longer than in Moscow.
The Norilsk CHPP (Combined Heat and Power Plant) provides electricity and heat to residential areas, industrial facilities, and mining and metallurgical enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk Krai.
In the summer of 2019, Logberg-Trans LTD carried out the transportation of equipment from Taganrog to the port of Dudinka with further delivery to the Norilsk CHPP.
Gross weight of the cargo party: 212 tons Lot size: 2 850 cubic meters Number of packages: 234 pcs. Number of large-sized pieces: 65 (more than 1/4 of the entire lot)
This project included the following services: - Insurance of the transported cargo; - Delivery of equipment to the port of Taganrog by road; - Storage of cargo in the port while waiting for the vessel; - Loading and cargo securing on the ship; - Freight to the port of Dudinka by a sea-river vessel; - Unloading at the port of Dudinka; - Delivery to Norilsk CHPP by road; - Unloading of cargo at the Norilsk CHPP; - Allocation of cargo for storage in accordance with GOST 15150-69.
